Working with a personal chef will give you back time, along with satiating meals that suit your dietary parameters, nutritional needs - and even your sweet tooth!

No problem. Julia has training and experience cooking for several health issues and dietary restrictions. You can rest assured that meals will be made from real, unprocessed ingredients. Always free of gluten and refined sugars. The rest is up to you.
WEEKLY MEAL PREP [HOW IT WORKS]
-An initial consultation is scheduled to determine your needs, goals and interests.
-You will be asked to fill out a quick questionnaire to further pinpoint your food preferences.
-A customized menu will be created and sent for your approval. You can always request specific dishes/family favorites!
-A trial cook date will be scheduled to test the waters and determine whether the service is everything you hoped for.
-Should you love the food [and ease of working with a personal chef] you may choose a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cook schedule.
WEEKLY MEAL PREP [INVESTMENT]
Weekly meal prep includes a consultation, menu planning, grocery shopping, cooking, packaging, storing & clean-up. Packages start at $400 + the cost of groceries, and can be tailored to your specific needs. *Additional travel fees may apply. Contact Julia to schedule a consultation.
