SIBO WEEKLY MEAL PREP - PERSONAL CHEF SERVICES

Trying to kill the bugs and looking for a SIBO compliant, Low FODMAP meal plan to help you through? You don't have the time, energy or patience to sort through "legal" and "illegal" ingredient lists, to menu plan, and to keep your refrigerator stocked with nourishing meals. When keeping stress levels low is most important, and you prefer to focus your energy on the things you love, you can rely on knowing that your food needs are fully covered.

Julia will stock your refrigerator with 16 nourishing meals (3 entrees x 4 portions of each + a 4-serving one-pot meal) + a light snack. This equates to a full week of lunches and dinners + a couple extra snacking portions, or a full five days of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Entrees include a protein and a side, while one-pot meals consist of hearty soups/stews that can be frozen and eaten throughout the week.

SIBO WEEKLY MEAL PREP [HOW IT WORKS]

-An initial consultation is scheduled to determine your needs, goals and interests.

-You will be asked to fill out a quick questionnaire to further pinpoint your food preferences.

-A customized menu will be created and sent for your approval. You can always request specific dishes/family favorites!

-A trial cook date will be scheduled to test the waters and determine whether the service is everything you hoped for.

-Should you love the food [and ease of working with a personal chef] you may choose a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cook schedule.

Weekly meal prep includes a consultation, menu planning, grocery shopping, cooking, packaging, storing & clean-up. Packages start at $425 + the cost of groceries, and can be tailored to your specific needs.  *Additional travel fees may apply.  Contact Julia to schedule a consultation.
